Frequently asked questions
Can I use patients' photos on social media?
Only with the publishing consent signed by the patient, separate from the treatment consent. Wello keeps the consent and shows you when it expires.
What happens on a batch recall?
Look up the batch and see the patients who received product from it, with the date and injection area.
Can a salon use these too?
The clinical record (photos and injection maps) is reserved for practices with a medical or medical-aesthetics profile. A salon uses the calendar, front desk, gift cards, memberships and shop.
I already use booking software. Can I bring my clients to Wello?
Yes. Import clients, services and appointments from CSV files using the templates in your panel. You see a preview before confirming, and a mistaken import can be undone.
